Criteria For Security Personnel
For Security Guard and Head Guard
- Minimum Qualification: 10th Class
- Minimum Experience: 0-2 Years in Guarding
- Height: 5’6″ and above
- Physique: Good Health
- Presentable, Soft but firm in handling men, maternity, and situations. Should be able to read and write in English.
Training of Security Personel
We have a system of providing initial basic training of 7 days to all the security personnel recruited. The emphasis is given to physical fitness, uniform turn-out alertness, observation, maintenance of necessary registers, handling of visitors, and handling of emergencies viz fire, theft, eve tasting, etc. However, we give specific training to the personnel depending on the requirements of the client

Action After Deployment
a) Placement & Rotation-Placement is done as per the requirement of the Clients and the Security Audit carried out by us. Care Is taken to provide the right man for the job. Rotation of the Personnel is done to meet staturory requirement and whenever advised by the Clients.
b) Weekly-off and Leave Reserve-Adequate Reserve Man power is maintained to cater to casual leaves, sickness and weekly-offs.
